Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary

You can cancel a paid Power subscription from the Vale app. Refunds for digital subscriptions are handled case-by-case or as required by applicable law. Contact TlBSTAION support to request one.

• Vale Power (Monthly) — $6.99 /month (USD) / EGP 349 /month (EGP)
• Vale Power (Yearly) — $59.99 /year (USD) / EGP 2,999 /year (EGP)

Cancellation

To stop future charges for Power:

1. Open Vale and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Billing.
3. Use the cancel / manage subscription action for your payment provider (Stripe or Paymob).

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. You keep Power until that period ends. After it ends, the app returns to Free limits.

Power trials (when available) do not require a card; when a trial ends, access returns to Free unless you subscribe.

Refunds

Because Vale is digital software delivered immediately after payment, refunds are not automatic. We may grant a refund at our discretion, or when required by law (for example consumer rights that apply where you live).

To request a refund, email support@valeapp.app or call +20 155 297 3523 within a reasonable time after the charge, and include:

• The email on your Vale account
• Approximate payment date and amount (USD or EGP)
• Payment provider (Stripe or Paymob) if known
• Reason for the request

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, Paymob, and your bank or card issuer (often several business days).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can help resolve billing issues quickly.
