Delete your Vale account

Summary

You can delete your Vale account at any time, from either app or by email. Deleting it removes your account and every provider connection synced to it, sign-ins included, and cancels any Vale Power subscription. It cannot be undone.

In the app

• Vale for Android — open Settings → Account, tap Delete account, and confirm.
• Vale for desktop — open Settings → Account, choose Delete account, and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away, and we email you to confirm.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@valeapp.app from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including your email address.
• Every provider connection synced to your account, with the API keys, tokens, and session sign-ins it holds.
• Your Vale Power subscription, which is cancelled with Stripe or Paymob, and the payment links, saved card tokens, trial records, and billing preferences tied to your account.

What is kept

• Invoice records — kept, no longer linked to your account, because tax and accounting rules require it. Stripe and Paymob also keep their own payment records under their policies.
• Data on your devices — usage history stays on each device until you clear it in Settings or uninstall Vale. It was never on our servers.
• Crash reports — Android crash and error reports carry no account details and are deleted by Sentry at the end of its retention period.
• Waitlist and feedback — kept separately from your account; email us and we will delete them too.

Deleting your Vale account does not affect your accounts with Claude, Cursor, or any other provider. To stop the sign-ins Vale held from working, sign out of them or revoke the keys with the provider.
